In 2014, Nicolas, Amit and Jonathan observed the same situation. It was a nightmare to hire great tech, quickly and efficiently… Back then, Jonathan was running his own Digital recruitment consulting company, while Amit and Nicolas were heading their first startup, CruiseWise. These first entrepreneurial experiences drove them to the same conclusion: the European tech recruitment market was lacking innovative solutions.

In 2015, a common relationship connected them, a first discussion was booked via Skype, and the idea of launching a disruptive recruitment platform was born... 

Today, talent.io is a French Tech 120 scale up, leader on the French tech recruitment market and promising challenger in European countries where we operate…
